In order to access certain features and sections of the Website, you will be required to register and create a member account which is free of charge. For this, you will be asked to complete an online registration form where you will be required to enter your name, email address and password.

In addition to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy will also govern your visit to and use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You consent to the use of personal information by Flawless Kidz in accordance with the terms and purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, which may be subject to amendment from time to time at Flawless Kidz’s discretion.
The terms and conditions on the Site are subject to change without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Flawless Kidz.
User content/Account:
If you become aware of or have reason to believe that the security of your account has been breached, you should immediately contact us at the ‘Contact Information’ provided below. If we become aware of or suspect a breach of the security of your account, we may ask you to change your password, temporarily or permanently block or suspend your account, for which Flawless Kidz will have no liability to you.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate the account without prior notice if these Terms of Use are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that doing so would be in the best interests of Flawless Kidz.
If we find any abusive and foul language in the feedback or comment box we reserve the right to reject/delete it.
You also agree that you will provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site during the registration process (such information being the “Registration Data”). You further agree that you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you access to the Site.
Selling Price:
The selling price of the Product on the Website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis by the Seller and is subject to revision at any time without notice to the Buyer. The selling price shall be the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) indicated on the Product less any discount, if any, offered by the Seller and/or the Company.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices of the MRP of all Products shall be inclusive of GST or any other tax applicable to the sale under the law. The Buyer shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges and taxes associated with the MRP of the selling price less any discount, if any, offered against the purchase of the Products.
Delivery of Products:
It is the responsibility of the Seller to package and dispatch the Products to the Buyer. The Seller shall bear the risk of any damage, loss or destruction of the Products during delivery or in transit.
Unless otherwise stated on the Product webpage, the Products shall be delivered free of charge. However, the Product shall be delivered to the Buyer only after the Buyer has paid the sale price for the Product purchased.
Unless otherwise specified, the Seller shall make best efforts to dispatch all orders within 5 (five) working days (Dispatch Time) following confirmation/acceptance of the order for the Products. Any delay in dispatch of the Product shall be communicated to the Buyer via SMS/E-mail/Voice Call. However, it is expressly clarified that the Seller does not, in any manner whatsoever, guarantee to deliver the Products within the Dispatch Time. The Buyer shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Seller or the Company due to any delay by the Seller in dispatching the Product to the Buyer. In case of any delay in dispatch of the Product by the Seller, the Buyer will be informed via SMS/e-mail/voice call.
Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information regarding dispatch time is only an estimate and should not be relied upon. Therefore, time is not of the essence of the bilateral contract between the Buyer and the Seller for the purchase and sale of the Product on or through the Website. However, the Product will not be delivered to the Buyer until the Buyer pays for the purchase of the Product.
The Buyer shall be obliged to accept delivery of the Products at the shipping address or ensure acceptance of delivery, unless the Buyer has reason to believe that the Product has any external defect or damage. The Seller, or the logistics service provider appointed by the Seller for delivery of the Products, shall visit the Buyer’s shipping address only once to deliver the Products, and if no one is available to take and accept delivery of the Products at the shipping address, the Buyer shall be notified to that effect and if the Buyer does not make any arrangement to have the Products delivered to him, the Products shall be delivered back to the Seller at the Buyer’s risk and cost. The Buyer shall be liable to the Seller for such rejection of the Products delivered to the Buyer. The Seller may levy and deduct such costs, damages, penalties etc. to compensate the Buyer for such rejection of the Products delivered to the Buyer, as may be approved by the Company from time to time.
Title in the Products and other rights and interests in the Products shall pass directly from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of such Products and full payment of the sale price of the Products. Upon delivery, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Products. Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Products.
Packaging:

Cancellation of Order:
The Buyer may cancel any order before the Goods are dispatched by the Seller. The Buyer may cancel any order at any time before the Products are dispatched by the Seller by contacting the Customer Service team on +919327078403 or can e-mail to support@flawlesskidz.com and sending a request in this regard within 24 hours of placing the order. Any payment made by the Buyer for such order shall be refunded to the Buyer within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the cancellation request after confirmation/acceptance of the cancellation of the order by the Seller.
No order shall be accepted for cancellation after the Products have been dispatched by the Seller to the Buyer for delivery. If the order has been dispatched by the Seller the Buyer shall be permitted to cancel the order placed by the Buyer only in accordance with the sales refund policy, if any, given by the Flawlesskidz on the Website.
Sales Return:
The Buyer is required to verify the Product on receipt before accepting the delivery.
On delivery of the Product, if the Buyer notices any external defect/damage in the Product (including any mismatch from the order etc.), the same should be immediately brought to the notice of the Company/Delivery Agent so that the Product can be returned and delivery of the Product is not accepted by the Buyer. No request for return of the Product due to any external defect/damage will be accepted after the Buyer has accepted delivery of the Product.
Sales return of the Product due to internal or manufacturing defect shall be permitted only if such return is permitted as per the Sales Return Policy, if any, displayed by the Seller at the time of sale of the Products. Where sales return is not permitted, the Buyer shall only be entitled to avail the benefit of the warranty, or guarantee policy, if any, on the Products displayed by the Seller on the Website at the time of sale of the Products.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The Seller and the Buyer agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with the Website, these Terms of Use, the Agreement or any transactions conducted on or through the Website or the relationship between the Buyer, the Seller or the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat-India.
